Whether a Weekend Warrior or a Future Champion...

Fall is here and you know what that means.....

Back to routines...

New goals...

Fresh motivation...

You're ready to finally get serious about your dog's fitness.

That excitement is real and valid, but so are the honest struggles that come next...

Does this sound familiar?

September rolls around and you're excited to start or reignite your fitness with your dog - only to realize by month's end that motivation hasn't stuck because work, life commitments, class schedules, trial schedules take over and fitness has fallen to the wayside again.

✅ Your dog has specific performance challenges (collection difficulties, wider turns, knocked bars) but you're completely lost on which fitness exercises will actually address these issues.

✅ You feel OVERWHELMED by conflicting fitness advice online, spending more time researching and trying to formulate a plan than actually training your dog

You're at that frustrating moment where giving up feels easier, with unused equipment gathering dust, sporadic attempts that lead nowhere, and the growing doubt that maybe your dog doesn't really need fitness work to be successful in agility.

This doesn't have to be your reality anymore...

Here's Your Dog's New Fall Reality...

✅ Even with competition schedules, class commitments, and busy fall routines, you'll maintain a consistent agility fitness program that enhances performance without overwhelming your schedule.

✅ You'll follow a proven, progressive system designed by a canine physio who understands agility and competes at the highest level - eliminating all the guesswork about which exercises actually improve agility performance.

✅ You'll join a community of dedicated handlers who understand what it takes to develop canine athletes and celebrate every breakthrough - from faster weaves to cleaner contacts.

✅ You'll never doubt whether your dog needs fitness work again - you'll see the direct connection between targeted fitness and better agility performance as your dog becomes stronger, more confident, and injury-resistant.

Why an agility-specific fitness course?

Why Agility-Specific Fitness Matters

As agility courses become more demanding and handling techniques evolve, the physical requirements for our dogs have increased dramatically.

Generic dog fitness just doesn't cut it anymore. Your dog needs targeted conditioning that addresses the specific demands of agility - explosive starts, tight turns, precise jumping, and sustained focus throughout an entire course.

Ask yourself:

🎯 Does your dog struggle with collection or tight turns?

🎯 Are you seeing slower course times or missed contacts?

🎯 Do they seem tired by the end of longer sequences?

These aren't training problems - they're fitness problems with fitness solutions.

Agility Fit 3.0 gives you the exact exercises and progressive program to target these specific performance issues and turn weaknesses into strengths.

Why Fitness Variety Matters for Agility Dogs

Variety isn't just important for keeping things interesting - it's essential for continued progress.

Just like human athletes benefit from diverse training, agility dogs thrive when their fitness routine challenges them in different ways. Without variety, your dog's body adapts to the same movements and stops improving - that's when you hit those frustrating performance plateaus.

Agility Fit 3.0 is built around this principle:

🎯 Mix of exercises that target different aspects of their agility fitness - strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination

🎯 Constantly rotating routines so your dog's body never gets comfortable with the same movements

🎯 Different difficulty levels within each exercise so you can progress without hitting plateaus

🎯 Variety of equipment and setups that keep training fresh and prevent adaptation

The result?

Your dog stays engaged, cntinues progressing, and breaks through performance plateaus

In Agility Fit! 3.0, we implement a layered approach to canine fitness.

What does this mean? 🤷‍♂️
A layered approach means we only add small and gradual challenges to an exercise when our dog is showing both an understanding of the exercise and is able to physically complete it with the proper form.

Layered learning = more clarity, confidence, less frustration and faster progress.

I'M READY TO SEE CHANGES IN MY AGILTY DOG!

Hear from Agility Fit! Version 1 & 2 Students:

Jan Vlasak and Fetch, Ghita, Venus, and Jif

"This course was the missing link in our agility training routine. I owe it to my dogs to provide optimal health and injury prevention and detect areas of weakness when asking them to participate in this sport I love.

This course offers a well-rounded whole-body workout with each new module, and a huge bonus is noticeably improved impulse control and my working relationship with my dogs. The demo videos, downloads, and Zoom calls provide excellent education, instruction, and progression for any learning style.

Agility Fit! is fun and chock full of unique gems. It keeps me motivated to continue on our canine fitness journey!"

Stacy Bols and Kermit

"My dog, Kermit, was selected for the prestigious World Agility Open, and knowing that the courses at this big event would demand so much more from her than we see at local trials, I knew I needed to find a program tailored to the physical demands. Agility Fit! was the answer.

This course was easy to follow and gave us targeted exercises to improve our power (important since Kermit was being asked to jump 10” instead of her regular height of 8”), better balance and coordination, and exercises specifically designed to improve her ability to collect, cardio to  handle the demands of a five-day event on HUGE courses, and improved flexibility and strength which paid off everywhere on the course."

Meaghan Ashleigh and Fawkes

"Fawkes and I were already members of Functional Fitness for the Active Dog but jumped at the chance for an agility-specific conditioning course; Agility Fit!

Carolyn’s exercise modules are so well explained, with different videos and instructions for each exercise level and include ways to progress and modify. Of course, The coaches and Carolyn are so helpful in the Facebook community and the other members! There is a real sense of community, encouragement, and accountability. Most notably, regarding the difference Agility Fit! made for Fawkes, I have noticed that he can wrap wings tighter due to the work on Collection and Flexibility. He also has increased muscle tone and power on his hind end from the Plyometric and Power exercises that are included throughout the course."

Kelly St. Jacques and Zuzu

"I’ve been involved in dog agility for almost 20 years and have competed twice at the World Agility Open. I signed up for Agility Fit! after doing previous courses with Carolyn, and I’m glad I did!

The exercise instructions and videos are clear and easy to follow, and the course format provides an incentive to try new things and motivation to put in the time for regular fitness work. With only short sessions (4-5 times per week), I saw Zuzu’s patience and comfort with the exercises increase markedly, and I can see a difference in her core strength and muscle tone.

Posting videos was easy and fun, and the feedback from the coaches helped me fine-tune exercises and figure out how to maximize the benefits of each exercise. We’re continuing to have fun with our fitness work!"

DID YOU KNOW...

In a recent poll, 48% of agility competitors said they are NOT consistent with their canine fitness routines and programs - missing out on huge benefits - no human athlete only trains sport-specific skills - let's make it easy for you!

DID YOU KNOW...

Over 50% of agility competitors do NOT follow any specific fitness program - human research has shown that athletes need a higher level of specificity and variability in their workout programs to continue to make gains! Without this, we plateau. Stop wasting your time with courses and exercises that will not challenge your dog or work the muscles they need in their sport!
